Location details
This tract of land is located East of Paragould, in Greene County, Arkansas situated on Highway 412. There is a metal building with a small office and bathroom. There are multiple metal carports located around the property that will transfer too. The mature pecan orchard has been in production a few years prior and will need some work to get it back to full capacity. The location along the highway would be a great spot for other possibly businesses or use of the land.
