Why I’m a member of The REALTORS® Land Institute
Since 1995 I have been a member of The REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI). This organization provides me as a land specialist information to continually build knowledge and the opportunity to build relationships with other professionals involved in leasing, selling, developing, and managing the ultimate asset; land.
In 2006, I became an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) through RLI. This accreditation involved completing rigorous education and achieving a large volume of successful land transactions.
As an ALC, I strive to be more knowledgeable in land than the typical real estate salesperson. In order to serve clients properly, it is necessary to understand all details about the asset. If purchasing or selling, first consider the experience and expertise of the salesperson. Are they selling your with fluff to make a quick sale or are they actually knowledgeable on the intricacies of your asset? An ALC will work with you to determine and achieve your goals and objectives whether it is buying, selling, or exchanging your important asset; land. That is why I am proud to be an ALC member in The REALTORS® Land Institute. For more information about RLI please visit: www.rliland.com.
